From
TDI Music:
"It's February 1982 and TD started their second tour through Australia. On the 22nd they played at the "Regent Theatre" in Sydney. On this CD you will hear the second half of the show. With "SOHOMAN", TDI starts the so-called "Classics Edition". Through the next years, some of the greatest TD concerts will be released for the first time."
"Sohoman (Live in Sydney 1982) is another classic recording from T.D.'s very successful Australian tour in 1982. The ultimate "deja - vu" tool for the "Down Under" community..... And of course for everybody else."

Disc 2
1. Silver Scale/Horns of Doom

6. Trap Feeling/Scrap Yard
The second in this series captures the band on home turf with Live in Aachen 1981.
Following in the success of their recent Virgin releases Force Majeure and White Eagle, this era is seen by many fans as their 'golden period'. The band had become more structured than on their earlier albums with a less improvised edge to their music. This change was accelerated by the advent of sequencers and drum machines, of which Tangerine Dream were seen by many as leading exponents.

2. Phase Change 4:36 5. Choronzon 11:12
3. Daimond Duster 4:17 6. Trap Feeling 5:33
There were made many mistakes when producing this CDs:
At the end of "Undulation" and the beginning of "Calymba Caly (Electro Part)"
you can hear very bad electronic distortions coming from a bad CD-copy which has been used to produce this album,
on the backside of the foldout cover track 04 of CD 2 is listed twice: "04 Daimond Diary" and "04 Choronzon"
and finally "Diamond Duster" and "Diamond Diary" are misspelled as "Daimond ..."

This recording comes from a concert given by the band In Sydney Australia.
Audiences the world over have always responded well to the music of Tangerine Dream and this recording like any bootleg manages to capture a moment in time which will either be re lived or perhaps heard for the first time. The recording here includes key tracks such as Logos (Part 1), Force Majeure, Mojave Plan and White Eagle.
In conclusion the Moon Boot series provides a unique in sight in the bands live evolution and essential to both causal supports and die-hard fans of the band alike. This series is designed to capture the high points of the bands live concerts over three decades. Making them available to the bands sizeable fan base in deluxe packaging and at regular prices. The series has been over seen by Edgar Froese personally to ensure both the sound quality and the packaging are just right! As each release in this series is limited to ONLY 10,000 units worldwide. The first 5,000 units have been issued to the USA. Leaving a mere 5,000 units for the rest of the world. These and they will be despatched on a first come first served basis. Once they have gone they have gone... and disappointed fans will have to rely on ebay!!!
